Chapter I General Principles
Article 1 In order to ensure the smooth enrollment of colleges and universities, standardize enrollment behavior, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of candidates, these Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the relevant provisions of the enrollment of colleges and universities of the Ministry of Education, combined with the actual situation of the school.
Article 2 The full name of the school is Yunnan University, which is the first batch of national key construction universities under the "2 1 1 project", the first batch of "first-class universities" construction universities, and the Ministry of Education's "Ministry-based, Ministry-provincial joint construction" universities.
Article 3 Yunnan University is a state-run full-time ordinary institution of higher learning with the code 10673, and its running level is undergraduate and postgraduate.
Article 4 Yunnan University has two campuses. Donglu Campus is located at No.2 Cuihu North Road, Wuhua District, Kunming. Chenggong Campus is located in South East Outer Ring Road, Chenggong University, Kunming.
Article 5 Yunnan University shall implement the principles of fair competition, fair selection, openness and transparency, and conduct comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission for freshmen.
Chapter II Organizational Structure and Responsibilities
Article 6 Yunnan University shall set up an enrollment work leading group composed of school leaders and heads of relevant functional departments, which shall be responsible for implementing the policies of the Ministry of Education on enrollment work, leading the specific implementation of enrollment work, and deliberating and deciding on major issues in undergraduate enrollment work.
Article 7 The Admissions Office of Yunnan University is a permanent organization that organizes and implements undergraduate enrollment, and is responsible for the daily work of undergraduate enrollment.
Article 8 Yunnan University shall set up an enrollment supervision team to be responsible for the discipline supervision and supervision in the process of enrollment implementation.
Chapter III Enrollment Plan
Article 9 Yunnan University, according to the needs of national economic and social development, combined with the actual situation of the school's personnel training objectives, school conditions and other factors, comprehensively considers the situation of students in various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), the employment situation of graduates and the preparation of school plans in recent years, and comprehensively determines the enrollment plan by province and specialty. The enrollment plan by province and specialty shall be based on the data published by the provincial enrollment examination management department.
Article 10 The number of reserved plans of Yunnan University is 10, which is mainly used to solve the enrollment of candidates with the same score at the end of the term and the quality control of students. The use of the reserved plan is decided by the leading group of enrollment work in our school through collective discussion.
Chapter IV Access Rules
Eleventh our school according to the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) enrollment plan and student situation to determine the adjustment ratio. According to the batch submitted by parallel volunteer, the file transfer ratio should be controlled within 105% in principle; Voluntarily file according to batch order, and the file transfer ratio should be controlled within 120% in principle. The rules for filing each batch shall be subject to the provisions of the provincial entrance examination management departments of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities).
Twelfth according to the batch of parallel volunteer registration, candidates who have registered in Yunnan University have passed the ideological and political moral examination, and the physical examination results meet the professional admission conditions, and they are subject to professional adjustment, so they will not quit their posts.
Thirteenth according to the batch of parallel volunteer, the unfinished plan will be collected for volunteers. The plan to collect volunteers has not been completed, and it will be transferred to other provinces with good student quality. If the enrollment plan is not completed after the first voluntary admission, Yunnan University will recruit non-first voluntary candidates.
Fourteenth in the same batch of volunteers, according to the principle of "college entrance examination first". That is to say, the candidates who file in Yunnan University are ranked from high to low according to their college entrance examination scores, and then admitted according to the professional volunteers reported by the candidates, giving priority to meeting the professional volunteers of high-scoring candidates. If the candidates have the same scores in the college entrance examination, they will be compared one by one according to their scores in Chinese, mathematics and foreign languages, and the one with the highest score in a single subject will be preferred. If the results of the college entrance examination are the same as those of the above three single subjects, they will be admitted according to the principle of "professional volunteering first".
Fifteenth candidates who can not meet all the professional volunteers, subject to professional adjustment, are transferred to the same subject and the same batch of majors that have not completed the enrollment plan; Candidates who can't meet all the professional volunteers and don't obey the professional adjustment will be dismissed.
Article 16 Candidates from Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Shandong and Hainan who apply for our school must meet the requirements of the selected subjects of local majors enrolled in our school, and the requirements of the selected subjects shall be subject to the announcement of the local provincial entrance examination management department.
Seventeenth Jiangsu Province in accordance with the "college entrance examination results first, then the results" principle of admission. When the college entrance examination results are the same, priority will be given to those with higher scores in the selected subjects. Candidates can't be lower than Grade B in two elective subjects. When sorting the selected subjects, the scores will be converted into points according to the following rules, and the higher the sum of the points of the two selected subjects is preferred. The conversion rules are: Grade B = 1, Grade B+=2, Grade A =3 and Grade A+=4. If the candidates' college entrance examination scores are the same as their grade points, they will be compared one by one according to their Chinese, mathematics and foreign language scores, and those with high scores in a single subject will be given priority. Candidates whose college entrance examination scores and grade points are the same as those of the above three subjects will be admitted according to the principle of "professional volunteer priority".
Article 18 The physical examination standards shall be implemented in accordance with the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities promulgated by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation and the Notice of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health on Further Standardizing the Physical Examination Items for Enrollment and Employment and Safeguarding the Employment Rights and Interests of HBsAg Carriers.
Article 19 There is no limit to the ratio of male to female enrollment in each major.
Article 20 There is no limit to the unified examination of foreign languages for all enrollment majors, and English foreign language teaching will be implemented for non-foreign language freshmen after they enter school.
Article 21 Candidates from Yunnan Province who apply for English major in our school must take the oral English test organized by Yunnan Provincial Admissions Examination Institute, and their scores must reach 3 or above.
Article 22 Our school carries out practical training in Economic Management, Biochemistry and Electronic Information and Computer. Students enrolled in related categories will be trained in major categories for one year after entering the school. In the major category training stage, students will be randomly assigned to relevant colleges for management. After the large-scale training stage, according to the relevant regulations of the school, students will be diverted to specific colleges and majors, and professional training will begin from the third semester.
(1) "Economic Management" enrolls students in accordance with "Economics" and "Business Administration", and students who have been admitted to "Economics" and "Business Administration" are trained in accordance with "Economic Management". After the large-scale training stage, students will be diverted to economics, finance, finance, international economy and trade, accounting, business administration, financial management, human resource management, logistics management, tourism management and other fields.
(2) "Life Chemistry" enrolls students according to "Biological Science", "Environmental Science and Engineering" and "Chemistry". Students who have been admitted to "Biological Science", "Environmental Science and Engineering" and "Chemistry" will be trained according to "Life Chemistry" after entering the school. After the large-scale training stage, students will be trained in biological science, biotechnology, ecology and chemistry.
(3) "Electronic Information and Computer" enrolls students according to "Electronic Information" and "Computer", and the accepted students are trained according to "Electronic Information and Computer" after entering the school. After the large-scale training stage, students will receive training in digital media technology, software engineering, cyberspace security, electronic information engineering, communication engineering and Internet of Things engineering.
Article 23 There are two art enrollment colleges in our school, namely Art and Design College and Changxin International Art College. The specific enrollment majors, enrollment plans and college affiliation of the two universities in each province shall be subject to the announcement of the local provincial enrollment examination management department and Yunnan University Admissions Network. Candidates who are admitted to two institutions respectively are not allowed to change majors across institutions.
(1) Enrollment Major: The enrollment majors of Art and Design College are musicology, fine arts, painting, environmental design, visual communication design and Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools: visual communication design (in cooperation with Michigan University of Technology) and environmental design (in cooperation with Victoria University of Canada); The enrollment majors of Changxin International Art College are musicology, fine arts, painting, visual communication design and dance.
(2) Our school does not organize school examinations for art majors, and all provinces apply for candidates for art majors in our school. Our school recognizes the results of the joint examination or unified examination of art majors organized by the provincial entrance examination management departments.
(3) Art candidates who have been admitted to our school are admitted according to the principle of "performance first". On the premise that the test scores of the candidates' professional courses and cultural courses all reach the control line of the original art undergraduate admission, the art majors are admitted in the order of high scores to low scores, and musicology, dance, painting, environmental design and visual communication design are admitted in the order of high scores to low scores. For majors with high cultural achievements, if the candidates have the same cultural achievements, priority will be given to those with higher professional achievements; According to the ranking of professional achievements from high to low, candidates with the same professional achievements will be given priority to those with higher cultural achievements.
Twenty-fourth candidates who apply for physical education and are admitted to our school will be admitted from high score to low score according to their physical education professional scores on the premise that their cultural achievements in the college entrance examination reach the control line of physical education undergraduate courses in their provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities). If they have the same scores in physical education, those with higher scores in college entrance examination are preferred.
Article 25 Candidates who apply for the physical education major (campus football talents) and are admitted to our school shall be admitted in the order from high to low according to the scores of football events in the unified examination of physical education major in Yunnan Province on the premise that their cultural achievements in the college entrance examination reach the control line of undergraduate admission of physical education major in Yunnan Province. If the scores of football events are the same, the scores of the unified examination for physical education majors and the cultural scores of the college entrance examination will be compared item by item in turn, and the highest score will be given priority.
Article 26 The "China-Canada Cooperation Embedded Talents Training Innovation Project" in cooperation with universities such as Victoria University in Canada and California State University at Northridge, the "Sino-foreign Cooperation in Running Schools" in cooperation with Chiang Mai University in Thailand, the visual communication design in cooperation with Michigan Tech University in the United States, the environmental design in cooperation with Victoria University in Canada, and the civil engineering in cooperation with University of Clyde in the United Kingdom only recruit candidates who have filled in their professional volunteers. Candidates who fill in the professional volunteers of this kind of projects can adjust each other between the majors included in two projects in the same batch if they obey the professional adjustment. Students admitted to the above two projects are not allowed to transfer to other majors outside the project.
Twenty-seventh atmospheric science (orientation), special programs of colleges and universities, high-level sports teams, athletes who walk in, and overseas Chinese students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan are admitted in accordance with the provisions of the corresponding enrollment brochure of Yunnan University in 2020.
Article 28 Our school will enroll preparatory courses for ethnic minorities in Yunnan Province in 2020. The specific enrollment plan, enrollment methods and charging standards shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant documents of Yunnan Provincial Department of Education and Yunnan Provincial Admissions Examination Institute.
Chapter V Tuition Fees and Student Financial Assistance Policies
Twenty-ninth professional tuition standards and fees shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the Yunnan Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the Yunnan Provincial Department of Finance and the Yunnan Provincial Department of Education. The specific tuition standards shall be subject to the announcement of the provincial entrance examination management department.
Article 30 Yunnan University has established a financial aid policy system for college students with financial difficulties in undergraduate education, which organically combines national inspirational scholarships, national bursaries, provincial government inspirational scholarships, national student loans, education bursaries for retired soldiers, tuition compensation for primary employment, national bursaries for compulsory military service, national bursaries for directly recruited non-commissioned officers, school-level bursaries, social bursaries, freshmen's "green channel" project, work-study programs in schools, and tuition reduction and exemption. After entering the school, students can declare their family financial difficulties to the school. After verification by classes, colleges and schools, the school will take different measures to give financial assistance.
Chapter VI Admission and Graduation
Article 31 After the admission list determined by our school is approved by the provincial entrance examination management departments of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), the admission notice will be issued to the candidates.
Thirty-second undergraduate freshmen admitted in 2020, the specific campus is subject to the arrangement in the Freshmen Admission Manual.
Thirty-third freshmen admitted to our school must come to the school on time to go through the admission formalities with the admission notice and valid identity documents. Those who can't report on time for some reason should ask for leave from the college, generally not more than two weeks. Those who fail to ask for leave or ask for leave overdue shall be deemed to have waived their admission qualification except for justified reasons such as force majeure.
Article 34 When new students report for admission, the school conducts a preliminary examination of their admission qualifications. Those who pass the examination shall go through the admission procedures and be registered as students. After examination, it is found that the admission notice, candidate information and other supporting materials of freshmen are inconsistent with my actual situation, or there are other situations that violate the provisions of the national entrance examination, and the admission qualification is cancelled.
Thirty-fifth students within three months of admission, the school in accordance with the provisions of the national enrollment review. During the review, it was found that students practiced fraud and practiced favoritism. And determine that the review is unqualified and cancel the student status; If the circumstances are serious, it shall be handed over to the relevant departments for investigation and handling.
Thirty-sixth undergraduate students who have obtained the status of our school and meet the graduation requirements within the specified time are awarded the undergraduate diploma of Yunnan University; Those who meet the conditions for awarding a bachelor's degree in our school will be awarded a bachelor's degree certificate.
Chapter VII Supplementary Provisions
Thirty-seventh Yunnan University full-time colleges and universities enrollment work is the only functional department of Yunnan University Admissions Office. Our school does not entrust any intermediary agencies to recruit students, and does not charge any fees other than those stipulated by the state.
Article 38 Undergraduate enrollment of Yunnan University is subject to the supervision of discipline inspection and supervision departments, candidates, parents and all sectors of society.
Article 39 The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of promulgation. When national laws, regulations, rules and relevant policies at higher levels change, the changed provisions shall prevail. If some provinces adjust the college entrance examination enrollment policy, Yunnan University will formulate corresponding regulations according to relevant local policies and announce them separately.
Article 40 The Articles of Association shall be interpreted by the Admissions Office of Yunnan University.
