Can people who have been to Xiamen tell us what other interesting attractions in Xiamen are worth visiting besides Gulangyu Island?
Fortunately, I went to Xiamen before the Spring Festival, and the epidemic broke out in an all-round way after I came back. Staying at home especially misses the days of eating, drinking and having fun in Xiamen. I would like to take this opportunity to share with you my favorite Xiamen and those interesting scenic spots.

Perhaps many people really know Gulangyu Island about Xiamen, but after they have really been there, they find themselves too one-sided. Gulangyu Island is more fun and worth visiting in Xiamen. I don't think these scenic spots are any more interesting than it.

1. Huandao Road

Recommended index: five stars

Suggestion: the whole journey is dozens of kilometers, and of course I don't have the energy to finish it all. You can find several representative places to visit. At that time, I went to Baicheng Beach, Music Square and Huangcuo. In fact, the scenery is almost the same, that is, the difference between more people and fewer people. The farther away, the fewer people, the better the scenery.

Around the island road, with the reputation of the most beautiful marathon track, the scenery is really good. Along the way, there are groups of coconut groves, patches of beaches and coasts, and wooden plank roads along the coast, which are very suitable for the scene. Cycling along the coast is a good way to visit. There are many bicycles along the way, and there are also many bicycles to rent. It is quite convenient to play.

2. Xiamen University

Recommended index: five stars

Suggestion: Needless to say, the most beautiful university scenery is not open to the public at present, but it is really worth planting grass. Not only the campus scenery, but also the campus buildings have unique charm. Buildings that combine Chinese and western styles "wearing suits and hats" can be seen everywhere on campus, forming a unique landscape. In addition, there are several favorite punching places for tourists, which is why Xiamen University has become a lively attraction. It is recommended that Furong Lake, Furong Tunnel and Shangxianchang are the best punching places in Xiamen University. Don't miss it when you go. 3. Xiamen Science and Technology Museum

Recommended index: five stars

Play suggestion: Xiamen is a very famous local parent-child play spot, so families with children should not miss it. If you think science museums are boring, you may have missed one of the most interesting and interesting science museums in China.

Xiamen Science and Technology Museum is divided into different branches according to the theme. More than 400 exhibits are very rich, some introduce human health knowledge, some introduce marine knowledge, some introduce basic scientific principles and so on. But interestingly, all the knowledge here is attached to interesting exhibits, such as the deep-sea elevator that takes you through the customs, the high-voltage magnetoelectricity that can dance, the mirror maze that can transform, the invisible man that can make the body disappear, the just visiting like a star, the VR driving that simulates real road conditions and so on. The endless stream of creative exhibits not only makes children enjoy themselves, but also increases their knowledge after reading them.

It is recommended to buy a package ticket, which can travel all the exhibition halls, which is more cost-effective than buying it alone.

In addition, the Science and Technology Museum is closed on Mondays, and it is only open from 9:00- 17:00 on Tuesdays to Sundays.

4. Zhongshan Road

Recommended index: four stars

Suggestion: The best time to visit is of course at night. Visiting the night market on Zhongshan Road is a happy thing for foodies. The evening is very lively, and it is also the busiest time for all kinds of stalls and shops, such as roasted dumplings, peanut soup, tofu buns, fried oysters, roasted tenderloin, and various online celebrity drinks. It is my heartfelt suggestion to come here on an empty stomach.
