How time flies! How time flies! I have been in Chenzi Technology for half a year before I know it. Counting this time, it's hard and busy but full and meaningful. Chen Zi honed my will, gave me confidence and courage, and gave me room for growth. Personally, he not only turned me from an impetuous child into a quasi-professional, but also taught me to be a man and do things. In the past six months, through my unremitting efforts, I have made a lot of achievements, but there are still some shortcomings. Since I came to the company, I have participated in the asset management system development of Hua Qin Natural Gas Company and the website development of Shaanxi Road Administration Law Enforcement Corps. The problems encountered are: 1. Because I am not familiar with the business, I have to rework many times during the development process because I am not familiar with the business. But through the understanding and study of this half year, I have a deeper understanding of the relevant development process. 2. Due to the tight development time, I can't solve the problems related to new technologies immediately during the development process, because the development process is also a learning process. Through continuous learning and summary in this process, I have solved those problems well. 3. At the beginning of the work, I didn't know enough about the work and lacked the overall situation concept and team consciousness.
