When you first arrive in a new environment, you will be acclimatized. Just get used to it.
The acclimatization refers to the fact that people who are new to a strange place temporarily feel unwell because of the changes in natural environment, living habits, diet and other aspects. Common symptoms are allergy, rash, itchy skin and gastrointestinal symptoms, such as loss of appetite, indigestion, insomnia, dizziness, weakness, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting. In order to prevent acclimatization, you should first choose food and drink carefully. You can drink boiled water, bottled pure water and mineral water, and don't drink water of unknown origin. It is best not to eat cold dishes such as vegetable salad, cold, greasy, spicy and indigestible food, and peel the fruit before eating.
