Colleges and universities should highlight the consistency of students' academic performance, attach importance to and strengthen the process evaluation of students' undergraduate study, take the comprehensive academic performance of undergraduate students as the most basic selection index, and may not organize special examinations (including written examinations and interviews) to select students who are exempt from the examination.
It is necessary to reasonably set the weight of selection indicators and the upper limit score of individual indicators to comprehensively evaluate students' performance in all aspects; To strengthen comprehensive assessment, we should not only assess professional quality, scientific research ability and innovation potential, but also assess scientific spirit, academic ethics, professional ethics and socialist core values.

2.
