The Museum of Northwest University for Nationalities was established in September 2000. It is an important window for our school to display the excellent cultural heritage and folk culture of northwest ethnic minorities, and it is also an important auxiliary participating department in teaching and scientific research. The basic function of the Museum of Northwest University for Nationalities is to rescue and protect the historical relics and folk customs of northwest ethnic minorities with a scientific attitude of Bona and seeking truth from facts. Conducting exhibitions and research; Carry out the promotion and exchange of national culture at home and abroad. There are more than 500 cultural relics/kloc-0 in the museum of Northwest University for Nationalities, including 4 national first-class cultural relics, 25 second-class cultural relics and 88 third-class cultural relics. The collections of Chao Yin Yin Yin, Qing Daoguang, Tongzhi Years Engraving, Arabian Nature, Persian Handwritten Scriptures in A.D. 1258, and Qing Guangxu Cloisonne Stirrup Saddle all have high artistic appreciation and academic research value. Since its opening, it has successfully received more than 35,000 domestic and foreign guests, and leaders such as Tu Youyou, member of the National People's Congress Standing Committee (NPCSC), and Mou, deputy director of the State Ethnic Affairs Commission, visited and guided it in person. In 200 1 year, our library successfully received 40 military attaché s in China organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which was highly praised by foreign guests. In the same year, in cooperation with Beijing National Culture Palace, a three-month "China Islamic Culture Art Exhibition" was successfully held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir personally visited.
