1. Institute of Integrated Circuits, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (National Model Microelectronics Institute) was established on April 20 13. Mainly based on the Institute of Microelectronics of Chinese Academy of Sciences, it is responsible for the construction and education management of the microelectronics discipline of the whole Chinese Academy of Sciences.
