Some people tend to stick to their own position all the time, because they think that the longer a person works in a particular field, the more skilled he becomes. Some people have been teachers all their lives. Some people devote their whole lives to scientific research. Such people love their work and become experts in their respective fields. They are usually high achievers.

Some are different. They have the habit of jumping ship, because they always pursue something new and exciting. They never seem satisfied with the status quo. Some people like to meet more people, earn more money and make new acquaintances, so they jump from one job to another.

As far as I'm concerned, I want to be a strong professional. I don't approve of frequent job-hopping. As the saying goes, "Know-it-all can do anything". But I want to have the opportunity of promotion, and I want to cooperate with as many colleges as possible, so that I can be more creative and less biased. Copy search. Copy search.
