Research and progress of Vanilla tenuifolia
The research on the active components of Vanilla tenuifolia is mostly carried out by Professor Tian Jingkui of Zhejiang University, and there are few reports at home and abroad. Professor Tian Jingkui's research group studied the chemical constituents of vanilla, and obtained 16 compounds, of which 13 saponins, 3 flavonoids and 13 saponins were all new compounds. Through the screening of anti-tumor activity in vitro, it was found that vanillin B has a very strong inhibitory effect on ovarian cancer cell A2780, and has a good inhibitory effect on lung cancer, colon cancer, gastric cancer, prostate cancer and other 10 tumor cells, which is expected to be developed into a new kind of anti-tumor Chinese medicine. Professor Tian Jingkui of Zhejiang University's research on new anti-tumor drugs with saponin B as monomer was supported by the national major science and technology project "Major New Drug Creation". At present, the research on chemical composition of herbal medicine system, screening of total saponins, in vitro cell screening experiment, in vivo pharmacodynamic evaluation and toxicological evaluation of total saponins have been completed, and the clinical approval is expected to be obtained on 20 12.
