Just like when I was in high school, I went to high school locally. Many students left our county because of the good conditions in other schools, but I stayed in our home for various reasons.
Just like I felt very happy at that time, because when I was in high school, we were also a semi-closed half-day school, but at noon, like our classmates in the county, we were day students. We could go home and have a meal cooked for us at noon, so it was more abundant, but for the students who lived on campus, we could only eat the meal cooked in the canteen.
And you have to eat the food there three times a day, and you have to suffer from homesickness.
And for local college students, in fact, they have a more favorable condition, that is, they are familiar with the geographical environment and cultural habits here.
For them, everything is at their fingertips. Maybe their parents and teachers or the headmaster of the school are still friends, so for them, they should have an advantage.
For example, when our school has a small holiday, such as a two-day holiday or a three-day holiday, for students who are far away from home, it may take a day to get home, so they will not go back.
Because this trip is really troublesome for them, but it is different for local college students. They can go home at any time on Saturday and Sunday.
I think this should be the happiest for them, because everyone will encounter all kinds of difficulties when going to college in other places, but when you get home, you finally feel that nothing matters, and there will always be a new harbor.
Anyway, I think I really envy people who can go to college locally. Although I may not be able to exercise some of my abilities, peace of mind is the most important thing for me. At home, I will let my heart settle down, and my heart will not be floating all the time, so I feel I can't collapse.
