He has served as the chief engineer and party secretary of Luoyang Bearing Research Institute, the vice chairman of Luoyang Axle Research Technology Co., Ltd., and is currently the director of Shandong Luozhou Bearing Research Institute Co., Ltd.; Deputy director of the national and local joint engineering laboratory of tribology technology and application of high-end bearings in Henan University of Science and Technology, and chairman of the national rolling bearing standardization technical committee. He has served as director of the National Center for Quality Supervision and Inspection of Bearings, secretary-general of the National Technical Innovation Alliance of Rolling Bearing Industry, and secretary-general of the Technical Committee of China Bearing Industry Association. He used to be a direct contact expert of the Central Organization Department, a young science and technology expert of China machinery industry, an expert enjoying special government allowance of the State Council, a national science and technology award evaluation expert, a national science and technology development strategy expert database evaluation expert, a national key new product plan evaluation expert, a China machinery industry science and technology award evaluation expert, a Henan science and technology expert database evaluation expert, a high-level science and technology expert of China Machinery Industry Group Corporation, and a China bearing industry evaluation expert. The main research directions are bearing basic theory, design and application, standardization and scientific and technological management. He presided over or participated in more than 30 scientific research and development projects, organized and participated in the formulation and revision of more than 600 national standards and industry standards, and was responsible for or participated in the drafting of 3 projects.
