When it comes to property consultants, perhaps many people don't understand what kind of job this is. But if you say "sales girl", you will realize. However, Li Yan, 24, doesn't like the easy-to-understand name "sales girl".

From June 5438 to October 2008 10, Li Yan, from his hometown of Zaozhuang, started his career as a property consultant in a real estate company in Linyi. "After graduating from college, I changed jobs several times, but those idle jobs made me feel unenthusiastic until I became a property consultant." Li Yan said.

Li Yan's major is public utilities management, and he has never been exposed to real estate knowledge before work. When she first started working, she knew almost nothing about real estate and didn't understand many technical terms. She had to bite the bullet and start from scratch.

After working in the company, Li Yan's project was not opened, and newcomers like her had to be trained after entering the company. In Li Yan's words, "this is definitely the devil's training." In the first month, Li Yan stayed up reading until 1 am. Sometimes, he sat back to back in the rented room and fell asleep, even talking in his sleep. Another girl in the same dormitory is often awakened by Li Yan's dream talk. The next day, she said to Li Yan, "You are going to be a' psycho'!"

Until now, Li Yan has kept the habit of reciting ten pages of materials every day. Li Yan said that memorizing materials is no different from a teacher's "preparing lessons", but she has to repeat it countless times every day and deal with different customers.

Li Yan said that I didn't expect to be so stressed and tired in this line of work. Like many people, I think that as long as I am good-looking and articulate, I can do this job well without too much effort. However, in less than three months, most of the six people who came together were "eliminated"

Now, Li Yan has been a real estate consultant for two years, but she is also a "veteran" of this profession. Li Yan said that her company has trained four groups of property consultants, and most of them will be eliminated after each group comes. "In this line of work, no pressure is false. The company sets goals for everyone. Those that are not finished will naturally be eliminated. " Li Yan said.

Zhang Ping said that as a tour guide, because he often goes out with the group and is far away from his family, practitioners not only neglect their family members, but also have higher requirements for physical quality. "In the past few years as a tour guide, there is only one word-'tired'. Until last year, I resigned from my unit and worked as a part-time tour guide. Because I have accumulated some resources, I now run my own business and occasionally take a group out. "

On one occasion, Zhang Ping took a group out. Several tourists think that taking them to the scenic spot costs them money and is unwilling to cooperate with the tour group, which disrupts the whole trip.

"In fact, I feel quite wronged. In the eyes of many people, our tour guide is the kind of childcare that tries every means to make tourists spend, but this industry determines that tour guides can only do this. We have no choice! " Zhang Ping said, "The salary of tour guides is not as high as people think, and many people can't even reach the minimum wage. The so-called income is linked to group tours and consumption, and some tour guides have to pull tourists to spend. Of course, not everyone is like this. "

"I don't want tourists to think that I am a mercenary lobbyist. I want to impress my customers as a friend. Who doesn't travel to relax? It is my duty to make tourists have fun. " Zhang Ping said. When encountering tourists' difficulties, Zhang Ping is generally patient and continues to explain to tourists with a "reluctant smile" or peacefully defend. There are still some dissatisfied tourists who will complain to the travel agency, but Zhang Ping did not move.

Compared with when I first joined the work, I can't see the tender shadow of that year in Li Yan. In the past, she struggled with grievances, but now she is a little more mature. Now, Li Yan has become a supervisor with several property consultants. She will also receive customers when she is not busy, but she will be more handy in the reception process.

"Among the property consultants, a few people will become supervisors, and some people may choose to continue to stick to this job in another property, but most property consultants will quietly leave." Li Yan said. Many colleagues who used to work with Yan Li have left this industry. Many people think that this is a superficial occupation with no connotation. Eating only youth meals is doomed to be short-lived, and no one can last long.

However, Li Yan doesn't think so. She thinks that a property consultant is more like an experienced position, where she challenges when she is young, and then uses the experience she has learned to find her ideal. "I chose to start with a' youth meal' from the beginning. The original intention of choosing this career is to experience yourself and prepare for the future. " Li Yan said.

Speaking of her plan, Zhang Ping, as a tour guide, feels the same way. "Working here, you can always keep your passion for work and life. You will know how to face different customers, learn to be strict with yourself, get used to the environment and pressure, and be a tour guide. " During these five years, Zhang Ping changed jobs several times, from one to another, but never left the travel agency. "I used to think that if I had to choose my career again, I might not be a tour guide. I don't hate this job, but after work, I found that I want to spend more time with my family. " Zhang Ping said.

However, this does not mean that Zhang Ping regretted it. "Many of my colleagues signed up for accounting training classes while working as tour guides. Nowadays, many people switch to accounting and start businesses. Liu Enyun believes that with the development of economy, the division of occupations is more clear and the requirements for employees are higher.
