According to the caliber of the police station's household registration management section, fresh graduates who have not implemented their units before graduation can go to registered permanent residence, where their original household registration is located, for migration procedures (quasi-migration certificate), and their household registration can be moved back to their places of origin (rural areas). If you have moved to work after graduation, you can't move back to your hometown (countryside). You can consult the relevant departments.

2. You are not in agricultural registered permanent residence at present, and non-agricultural registered permanent residence migration is allowed.

Your girlfriend (prospective wife) is a town hukou. According to the normal procedure, you can move to the neighborhood Committee where your friend's household registration is located, and issue a permit to move to the police station where the neighborhood Committee is located. If the policy allows, you can move your household registration.

In addition, if the account is moved from your prospective wife's home to your hometown, it can only be a non-agricultural account. You need to find a neighborhood Committee that can be linked to your household registration, and it is allowed if you have real estate in your hometown.

Bring the household registration book, household registration book and registration card back to the local police station for naturalization. It should be noted that the validity period of the account transfer certificate is only one month, so we should grasp the time when handling the transfer.

If you want to move your hukou back to your rural origin, you need to apply to the police station to move back to your rural nationality. Some places may ask the opinions of the village. In addition, you need to prepare your diploma and bachelor's certificate in advance, including the original and photocopy (I need these locally, otherwise I can't handle them, and of course it depends on local policies).

Legal basis: Article 10 of the Regulations on Registration of Household Registration in People's Republic of China (PRC), if a citizen moves out of the jurisdiction of the place where the household registration is located, he or the head of the household shall apply to the household registration authority for registration, obtain a transfer certificate and cancel the household registration before moving out. Citizens who move from rural areas to cities must apply to the permanent residence registration authority for moving out with the employment certificate of the urban labor department, the school admission certificate, or the approval certificate of the urban household registration authority.
