Male, Han nationality, born in May, 1959, from Funing, Jiangsu, Ph.D., professor. Now he is the vice president of Yancheng Teachers College. 1982 graduated from the chemistry department of Jiangsu Normal University with a bachelor of science degree and was assigned to work in Yancheng Education College. 1984 Up to now, he has served as director of chemistry department, director of biochemistry department, assistant dean, director of science and technology and vice president of Yancheng Institute of Education. 1In July, 1999, he served as the director of science and technology of Yancheng Teachers College. In June 2005, he graduated from the School of Materials Engineering of Suzhou University with a doctorate in engineering. Since February 2006, he has served as the director of the Academic Affairs Office of Yancheng Normal University. In June 2007, he served as member of the Party Committee and Vice President of Yancheng Normal University. He has been engaged in the teaching and research of basic courses for a long time, and has published more than 20 papers in authoritative journals at home and abroad, such as Journal of China Chemistry, Journal of Polymer Science Series A, Chemical Research and Application, and Polymer Materials Science and Engineering, among which 6 papers have been included by SCI and EI. He presided over the completion of two natural science foundation projects of Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education and the opening project of Zhejiang Key Laboratory of Solid Surface Reaction Chemistry/KLOC-0. He was twice commended as an advanced individual in scientific and technological work by Yancheng Municipal People's Government, and his thesis won the second prize of excellent academic paper achievement by Yancheng Municipal People's Government. From June, 5438 to February, 2004, he was awarded the honorary title of Yancheng Excellent Scientific and Technological Worker by Yancheng Municipal Committee.
