New Horizon College English Textbook was published on 20 1 1 by Zheng Shutang.
One of the key projects of the Ministry of Education's "2 1 Century Revitalization Action Plan" approved by the State Council, "Network Course Construction Project in the New Century", with Professor Zheng Shutang as the general manager of the project and the editor-in-chief of the teaching materials. Experts and professors from more than a dozen key universities in China participated in the compilation, and Hu Wenzhong and other domestic and foreign experts served as consultants.
