The University of Macau enrolls college entrance examination students as independent students, which is not included in the national unified enrollment plan for colleges and universities. Candidates' registration and admission in our school will not affect their voluntary admission to the mainland college entrance examination.

(1) Enrollment scope

It enrolls students for 3/kloc-0 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions nationwide.

(2) Admission qualification

Candidates must graduate from high school or have high school equivalent, and must participate in the 2023 national college entrance examination (NMET) organized by each province (city), and their scores must reach the first batch of undergraduate admission scores of the province (city)? /? Special types of enrollment control scores, merit-based admission.

(3) English requirements

English: Applicants must score 65,438+065,438+00 in the English subject of the 2023 College Entrance Examination (English subject is calculated by the scoring system of 65,438+050, and other scoring systems will calculate this ratio).

(4) Registration and admission

1.？ Nomination time: from May 2 to June 25, 2023, online registration will be adopted.

2.？ Volunteer registration: During the registration period, you can fill in your personal data and volunteers directly through the online registration system in official website, and you can fill in up to 3 volunteers.

3.？ Admission method: admission is based on merit, and the admission order will be in the order of volunteering.

4.？ Announce the results: announce the admission results in batches in the online newspaper system in early July 2023.

5.？ Admission confirmation: freshmen must pay the first semester tuition fee and submit the proof of payment for confirmation within the time specified in the Admission and Payment Notice.

In late July 2023, the admitted students will be sent an admission confirmation letter to go through the customs and come to Australia.

(5) Preferential policies for bonus points

The University of Macau will give extra points to applicants from the following provinces and cities:

Applicants who take the college entrance examination in Beijing or Guangdong Province will get 5 points for admission.

Applicants who have passed the examination in Zhuhai, Guangdong Province, will add 10 to their college entrance examination scores to participate in the admission.

Applicants who have taken the senior high school entrance examination in Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province and have Hengqin household registration will receive 5 points for admission.

Second, mainland students.

Mainland (non-college entrance examination) students are enrolled in the bachelor's degree program in the 2023/2024 academic year-attending international courses or holding international public examination results, and the relevant regulations have not been announced yet. Refer to the 2022 Admissions Guide, and follow-up news will focus on official website Notice.

(1) Admission qualification

Mainland registered high school graduates.

Currently studying international courses in mainland or overseas schools or holding public examination results.

(B) the basic academic performance requirements

1. General Education Certificate Advanced Level Examination (GCE? Answer? Level)

You must complete the A-Level course (AS level) in the first academic year.

Grade E or above in AL (excluding English/Chinese subjects) on or before August 18, 2022.

The above subject requirements include physics for those who enroll in polytechnic courses.

For those who enroll in the courses of the School of Health Sciences, the above subject requirements include chemistry.

2. University Basic International Examination Certificate (International? Bachelor degree? Diploma)

Must be completed? IB？ Diploma? First-year courses.

In 2022? Year? 7? Month? 10? A few days ago, it was qualified. IB？ Diploma? Course and get a certificate.

3. Academic Assessment Test

Now studying in 12 grade.

Get the SAT score 1, 190 or above before July 2022 10 (with 1 600 as the full mark standard).

4. American college exams

Now studying in 12 grade.

Get comprehensive ACT scores before July 2022 10? 24? Score or above.

5. Canadian high school education

Attend Canadian high school courses from 10 grade.

Now studying in 12 grade.

Before July 2022 10, it was officially admitted to the bachelor's degree program of institutions of higher learning outside Macao in the 2022/2023 academic year.

(3) Language requirements

(4) Application materials

Applicants must submit the following documents during the registration period:

1. Copy of mainland resident ID card

2. Proof of English scores: TOEFL and IELTS (other English scores are not accepted)

3. Open the examination results

(If the applicant fails to get the test results during the registration period, the school will remind the applicant to upload the relevant documents in the online newspaper system before the above deadline by email in late June 2022. )

4. Letter of recommendation from high school

Applicants need to fill in the school references and their contact information (including name, position, telephone number, email, school website, etc.). ) in the registration system. The school applicant must be a consultant/teacher/principal of the applicant's high school. After the applicant submits the registration fee, the system will send an invitation email to the school recommender, asking him to fill in the online recommendation form. After the applicant submits the registration fee, the information of school referees cannot be changed.

The school recommender must submit the online recommendation form and the applicant's admission report on or before May 3, 2022, which is deemed to be completed. After submitting the online recommendation form, both the applicant and the school recommender will receive an email notification. Applicants should follow up whether the school recommender has submitted an online recommendation form in a timely manner. If the school recommender fails to submit the online recommendation form on time, it will be deemed that the applicant has not completed the application procedure and will not be processed.

(5) Registration and admission
