According to the spirit of the Notice of the State Council Academic Degree Office on Holding Postgraduate Courses and the relevant regulations of Shanghai Academic Degree Office, in order to further enrich and improve the legal knowledge and professional quality of on-the-job personnel in various industries, so as to meet the needs of market economy and the development of the rule of law for high-level legal talents, the Graduate Education College of East China University of Political Science and Law has set up on-the-job postgraduate courses in law.

First, on-the-job postgraduate registration conditions:

Support the leadership of the China * * * production party, have good conduct, abide by the law and be in good health;

University graduate, bachelor's degree; Or have more than five years working experience after graduation from undergraduate or junior college.

Second, the way of learning: every Saturday or Sunday all-day classes.

Third, the academic system: two years.

4. Instructor: Advanced courses of postgraduate courses are taught by senior experts, professors and associate professors of East China University of Political Science and Law.

Degree conferring on intransitive verbs:

Students who take part in on-the-job postgraduate courses, complete the prescribed courses and pass the examination results will be awarded the "Certificate of Graduate Course Completion" by East China University of Political Science and Law according to the regulations of the State Council Academic Degree Office and the Graduate Office of the Ministry of Education, and will be awarded the certificate of single subject if they pass the examination results.

Students who have obtained the certificate of completion of on-the-job postgraduate courses and apply for a master's degree with the same academic qualifications shall be handled in accordance with the spirit of the relevant documents of the State Council Academic Degree Office and the relevant provisions of East China University of Political Science and Law. Those who meet the requirements will be awarded the Master of Laws degree by East China University of Political Science and Law.

7. Fees: The training fee per person is 8,000 yuan per academic year, and the cost of teaching materials and materials is borne by the students themselves.
