According to the holiday regulations in the State Council, the college entrance examination period is not a legal holiday, and certainly not a holiday.

Although there is no holiday for the college entrance examination in principle, if the college entrance examination takes up some schools as examination rooms, students from these schools will arrange holidays.

Related Policies The current national unified examination in China begins on June 7th-8th every year. During the examination, all schools occupying the examination room need to have a holiday according to the regulations.

Generally, on June 5th, the school will be closed for cleaning and arranging the examination room, and on June 6th, the whole school will be closed. So basically the holiday date is June 5-June 9.
