The School of Physical Education of Yunnan Normal University is a secondary college of Yunnan Normal University.
College is one of the earliest colleges in Yunnan Normal University, which was founded in 1962 and has a history of 43 years. At present, there are three master's degree authorization points: sports education and training, sports humanities and sociology, sports teaching theory and sports professional master. Physical education is the only major in Yunnan universities. There are more than 3,000 students in the Institute of Physical Education, and many athletes have won gold, silver and bronze medals in a series of high-level competitions, such as the Olympic Games, the National Games and the Universiade, and broke the swimming world record of the Paralympic Games and the track and field record of the National Universiade. Today, it is an influential sports college in the central and western regions.
