Joining the party and advocating Excellence is one of the steps to become a party activist. It is the party group or league organization that recommends outstanding members to the party branch to become party activists.

Joining the party is divided into three stages, and the promotion is completed in the first stage. The second stage: the development stage: the introducer is determined, the applicant fills in the Letter of Willingness to Join the Party, which is discussed at the branch meeting, the superior party organization sends a special person to talk, the superior party organization examines and approves, and the Party Committee of the Institute issues the Notice of Approval.
