Henan University, referred to as He Da for short, was founded by the people of China, the Ministry of Education and the People's Government of Henan Province. It is the first batch of national "double first-class" world-class discipline construction universities, located in Kaifeng, a national historical and cultural city. It was selected into the basic capacity-building project of universities in the central and western regions, "11plan", excellent doctoral education and training plan, excellent teacher education and training plan, and overseas high-level talent introduction plan. He is a member of UNAI, IAUP and AUAP, and has the qualification of "recommending graduate students without examination" and "reserve officers of national defense students".

Hebei University, located in Baoding, a famous historical and cultural city, was established by the People's Government of Hebei Province, the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the State Bureau of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense, and was selected as one of the "Comprehensive Strength Enhancement Project of Central and Western Universities", "Excellent Engineer Education and Training Plan", "Basic Capacity Building Project of Central and Western Universities", the first batch of "Excellent Legal Talents Education and Training Plan" and "Overseas High-level Talents Introduction Plan" in China. It is also one of the five universities supported by the central region of China, a member of the "Midwest University Alliance", an institution receiving scholarships from the China government for overseas students, and the first Yan 'an spiritual education base in colleges and universities in China.
