1.In April, 2003, with the approval of the provincial government and the record of the Ministry of Education, the former Guangdong Science and Technology Management Cadre College was transformed from an adult college into an ordinary college with the name of Guangdong Vocational College of Science and Technology, with two campuses in Guangzhou and Zhuhai.

2. Guangzhou Agricultural Management Cadre College. Guangzhou Agricultural Management Cadre College was established in February, 1985, and was renamed Guangzhou Township Enterprise Management Cadre College in May, 1994, located in Guang Yuan Middle Road, Guangzhou.

3. Guangzhou Economic Management Cadre College. Formerly known as Guangzhou Amateur University, Guangzhou Economic Management Cadre College, Guangzhou Finance and Trade Management Cadre College and Guangzhou Township Enterprise Management Cadre College, Guangzhou City Vocational College was merged in 2005.
