Acheng College of Harbin Normal University is located in Acheng District of Harbin. The campus is separated from the birthplace of Jin Taizu, the founding emperor of the Jin Dynasty, and the imperial city ruled by four emperors of the Jin Dynasty by a wall. To the east of the College 100 meters is the former site of "Jin Shangjing Huining House" which was designated as a national key cultural relics protection unit by the State Council in 1982, and 300 meters to the south is the only "Jin Shangjing History Museum" in China.
