In order to welcome the 60th anniversary of the founding of New China, further stimulate the patriotic enthusiasm of student party member and play a vanguard and exemplary role, on August 14, 2009, the Youth League Committee of Jiangsu University organized a Red Tour Practice Service Group to carry out social practice activities in the anti-Japanese base area of Maoshan in Jurong. Student party member and the old Red Army visited the Memorial Hall of the New Fourth Army in Maoshan Revolutionary Zone and listened to the revolutionary stories told by the old Red Army. In the summer of 2009, the summer social practice service group of Jingjiang College of Jiangsu University visited Zhenjiang Vegetable Research Institute under the leadership of its head and deputy secretary of the Communist Youth League Committee, and got a deep understanding of the crops in the institute under the leadership of the staff.
