Ouc refers to China Ocean University. China Ocean University (OUC), located in Qingdao, Shandong Province, is a comprehensive national key university directly under the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC). It ranks among the first-class universities in the world (Class A), 985 Project and 2 1 1 Project, and is the first batch of doctoral and master's degree awarding units in China.

The motto of China Ocean University is "All rivers run into the sea, but take it far". 1924 was founded, 1959 was developed into Shandong Ocean University, 1988 was renamed as Qingdao Ocean University, and in 2002 it was renamed as China Ocean University.
