Career Planning of Russian Majors
When I volunteered, I chose Chinese and English. I know a little and like it a little. I didn't think about small languages, let alone Russian. Reality is always cruel and often unsatisfactory.

After entering the university, I began to know something about her Russian after listening to a few words from the counselor and the senior sister of Grade 06. After nearly a year's study, I have a special feeling for her. I know that although I studied a little hard, I firmly believe that I came out bit by bit. As long as I persist, it will not be in vain.

When choosing courses last year, most of them chose better courses according to the opinions of previous seniors. After much consideration, I chose courses such as pedagogy, arbitration law and college students' career planning according to my hobbies. The roommate also smiled and said: the result of choosing according to interest is very tired and laborious. In this semester's study, I have gained a lot, especially from the inspiration of college students' career planning course, which has benefited me a lot. I would like to thank the college students' career planning course and Mr. Zhou for providing some methods for my life choice and bringing me some attitudes towards life. When I watched the video of John Curtis' speech and learned about the entrepreneurial experience of john young, a 20-year-old international student, what reason did I have to remain silent?

Self-analysis:

I. Advantages

1. I am more introverted than extroverted. I prefer literature. I usually write short essays to record my local feelings at that time.

2. Strong self-control ability and careful work. Be able to finish some things in a planned and purposeful way, and don't like procrastination.

3. Sincere and helpful.

Two. shortcomings

1. Poor communication skills, especially unfamiliar people, poor ability to adapt to the new environment, content with the status quo, lack of dedication and self-confidence.

2. The requirements for doing things are too perfect, which affects the expected results.

Reality:

After a year's study, I found that I still have a big gap with others. Therefore, I must work harder, double my efforts and narrow the gap as much as possible. I believe that heaven rewards diligence.

Learning a foreign language is doomed to struggle with forgetting, and accumulating a large number of words and sentences is helpful to language expression and application.

Due to the poor economic situation, I plan to give up the postgraduate entrance examination after graduation, enter the society as soon as possible, and find a suitable job to reduce the burden on my family.

I can say that I have no expertise in my current skills, especially once in class, when the teacher asked each of us to write a resume, I realized that I basically had no events to fill in and no expertise. This is just an experiment, but I see my great disadvantage from it.

vocational selection

The overall situation of learning Russian as a foreign language is optimistic. As long as you learn the real skills, its employment prospects are quite good. According to the experience of teachers and seniors, this major is very good for both postgraduate entrance examination and employment.

Because of my personality, I am quite resistant to being a teacher. Because I was afraid of teachers since I was a child, when I got to high school, I felt that the profession of teacher was not only too tiring, but also not good at teaching, so students would despise you, disrespect you and run wild in your classroom. So I think my personality is not suitable for being a teacher. But as time went on, I found that I had the potential to be a teacher. I have patience and love. As long as I pay more attention to teaching methods and master a deep professional level, it should not be a problem. The most important thing is that I especially like dealing with children. I am willing to accept their innocence and their naughty willfulness. I can always keep a young heart for children.

My favorite occupation is translation. I think translation is the highest realm of foreign languages, especially simultaneous interpretation, which requires deeper professional knowledge and extensive involvement in non-professional aspects. In this way, the text to be translated can be accurately conveyed. I have been working hard in this direction now, although it is difficult and somewhat unrealistic. I always believe that my dream will come true. At least I thought, in retrospect, I was happy, too.

In addition, I also decided to take the civil service exam after graduation. First of all, civil servants are the most stable because they eat state food. Moreover, national staff are very different from other forms of workers in people's minds and have a natural sense of superiority. Secondly, I have a strong impulse to serve my country. I'm not artificial. I think my patriotism is very strong. I want to serve our great country with what I have done. In addition, my father is very supportive of my examination of civil servants. I feel that these departments are at the forefront of the use of state power. I am very excited to think that young experience is associated with the lowest level of state maintenance.

According to the Civil Service Law, the conditions for applying for civil service mainly include: (1) having China nationality; (two) at least eighteen years of age; (3) Supporting the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC); (4) Having good conduct; (5) Having the physical conditions to perform their duties normally; (6) Having the educational level and working ability that meet the post requirements; (seven) other conditions prescribed by law, the most important thing is to pass the judicial grade examination.

The gap between employment direction and career goal

After nearly a year's study, I have a preliminary understanding of Russian. Learning a language is not an easy task, learning Russian is even harder, and learning it well is even harder.

In these four years of study, we must be down-to-earth, step by step, firmly grasp every knowledge point and lay a solid foundation for the future, so as to stand out from the competition. In addition, learning Russian requires a strong memory and flexibility. We should pay attention to the cultural atmosphere in language learning. Language can reflect the quality and accomplishment of a country's citizens. Therefore, if you want to learn well, you must study extensively and understand the cultural background of this country. This will be a long process of accumulation.

I like learning languages very much. I hope I can use Russian flexibly after four years of study, so that I can find a job and a career that suits me after several years of hard work. At the beginning of graduation, I can find a job that meets the needs of life, and then transfer to my favorite career. Generally speaking, there is still a certain gap between my employment direction and career goals.

action plan

In view of the gap between my ability and the quality requirements of the target position, the following plans are formulated:

Short-term action plan (specific action plan):

1. Make sure to study by yourself three nights a week, preview or summarize the course knowledge you have learned.

Enter the classroom half an hour early every morning to review the last lesson and preview the new content.

3. Insist on morning reading, practice pronunciation, recite key words and key chapters.

4. Talk more in class and try to express your thoughts with a peaceful mind.

Go to the National Library at least once a month and try to broaden your reading horizons while reading some books related to your major.

Long-term action plan

1. Sophomore took the CET-4 Russian test and got the CET-4 Russian certificate.

I got Grade 8 in my junior year and got Grade 8 certificate.

3. Use the holiday to find some part-time jobs related to this major, enhance practical ability and improve oral English.

4. Listen to some meaningful lectures. Whether professional or non-professional.

The above is the preliminary plan of my career. Although I am still a little confused about the future, although the future is always changing, I already have a general direction and know the goal of my actions. What I need to do now is to work hard to realize my ideal every day. Success equals knowledge plus contacts, and constantly supplementing knowledge is the premise of success. Mr. Li Ka-shing, the richest man in China and our founder, also said: Knowledge is the foundation of a person's great achievements. Therefore, all planning must be put into practice, otherwise, no matter how well it is planned, it will only be in vain. Knowledge is the cornerstone of career stability.

When I finished writing this plan, my goal was clear from the beginning. Maybe I planned it in my mind before, but I just didn't write it down. Personally, the goal is rather vague. After writing, my feelings are hard to express.
