The National University of Defense Science and Technology refers to the National University of Defense Technology of the Chinese People's Liberation Army. It is a comprehensive military university directly led by the Central Military Commission (CMC), the producer of China, and also a key construction institution of the state and the army. It is the first institution to enter the national "2 1 1 Project" construction plan and the only institution in the whole army to enter the national "985 Project" construction ranks.

Schools need to cultivate liberal arts talents with solid theoretical knowledge of cultural work and management knowledge of military cultural work at the bottom to meet the needs of military cultural work.
