"party member Certificate" is a certificate issued by some regions for party member to prove party member's identity in line with the principle of strengthening the management and education of Party organizations in party member and helping party member to play an exemplary role. It is not uniformly produced and distributed by the Central Organization Department, so it is normal for college students to formally have no party member certificate in party member.
