Full professor 4700+, associate professor 4200+, teaching assistant 1200 or so, lecturer 3000+. Full professors and associate professors will receive 50 yuan for each additional year according to their professional titles, as well as subject subsidies and various subsidies. The length of service of lecturers is plus 35 yuan every year (in our school), and other benefits are the same as those of professors, except that there is no research subsidy. The salary of teaching assistants is unchanged, overtime pay is calculated separately, and there is no provident fund.
