3+ 1 University refers to a university that carries out the 3+ 1 project, that is, a university that studies full-time in China for three years, studies abroad for one year and obtains a bachelor's degree from a foreign university.

In order to introduce foreign high-quality educational resources, cultivate skilled talents urgently needed in China and promote educational cooperation and exchanges between China and Britain, the Ministry of Education CSCSE and SQA jointly introduced HND 3+ 1 project to China.

This project provides high school graduates and those with equivalent education (including secondary vocational graduates) with educational opportunities to receive international high-quality courses at home, and saves expensive study abroad expenses for students and parents.

3+ 1 teaching mode:

This course implements the educational system planning scheme of 3+ 1+ 1: the educational system of this course is divided into six semesters and three years.

In the first year, the general preparatory course is adopted, with English as the main course and professional basic courses as the supplement.

Professional compulsory courses and elective courses will be taught in the second and third years. According to the regulations, the course is taught in Chinese and English, and the original English textbooks and English reference books are used. The students' homework is done in English.

Fourth year (abroad): you can apply for undergraduate study in many universities in Britain, the United States, Australia and other countries, and those who pass the examination can obtain bachelor's degree certificates issued by foreign universities.
