Article 1 is based on the Regulations on Academic Degrees in People's Republic of China (PRC), the Interim Measures for Implementing the Regulations on Academic Degrees in People's Republic of China (PRC), Several Opinions on Supporting Several Universities to Build Online Education Colleges to Carry out Modern Distance Education Pilot Work (Jiaogaoting [2000]10) and Opinions of the General Office of the Ministry of Education on Further Strengthening the Standardized Management of Academic Diplomas and Degree Certificates of Online Higher Education in Modern Distance Education Pilot Universities.
Article 2 These Rules are applicable to the undergraduate graduates of modern distance education in Nanjing University.
Article 3 Undergraduate graduates of modern distance education must meet the following conditions when applying for a bachelor's degree:
(a) abide by the law, moral, intellectual, physical and aesthetic development in an all-round way;
(two) meet the requirements of undergraduate training plan, through the national unified examination of public basic courses organized by the Ministry of Education or meet the prescribed exemption conditions, the school has graduation qualifications;
(three) the average score of basic courses and professional courses reached 70 points (including 70 points);
(four) to participate in and pass the examination of professional degree courses;
(five) to participate in the foreign language examination for the degree, and the score reaches the prescribed score line or meets the prescribed exemption conditions;
(six) the graduation design (thesis) is excellent (including excellent) or above.
Article 4 A bachelor's degree shall not be awarded under any of the following circumstances:
(1) Being punished by "demerit" (including demerit) or above during the study period;
(two) the average score of public basic courses and professional courses in this major is less than 70 points;
(3) Failing the professional degree course examination and the degree foreign language examination;
(four) the graduation project (thesis) failed to pass or failed to achieve good results at one time;
(five) cheating in the exam was punished by the school;
(six) did not apply for a degree within one year (including one year) after obtaining the diploma.
Article 5 Schools shall organize applications for bachelor's degrees twice a year. The applicant downloads and fills in the Application Form for Bachelor's Degree in Modern Distance Education of Nanjing University through the student platform of Online Education College (the bachelor's degree can only be applied once), and submits the paper application form to the learning center where he is located after being signed and confirmed by himself.
Article 6 The learning center shall conduct a preliminary examination according to the political and ideological performance and learning situation of the applicants for bachelor's degrees, put forward a recommendation list to be awarded bachelor's degrees, and report it to the online education college.
Article 7 The online education college shall report to the Academic Degrees Committee of Nanjing University after examining the qualifications of graduates who intend to be awarded bachelor's degrees.
Article 8 The Academic Degrees Committee of Nanjing University organizes the examination and approval, and those who pass the examination and approval will be awarded a bachelor's degree in adult higher education of Nanjing University.
Ninth modern distance education college undergraduate professional degree courses for two professional courses, examination subjects designated by the host college (department) according to the professional plan.
Article 10 The foreign language examination for non-English majors is an English subject, which is proposed by the Academic Degrees Committee of Jiangsu Province. The foreign language examination for English majors is organized by the academic affairs office of the school once a year.
Students can apply every year from enrollment to graduation. The application time is generally arranged in late September of each year, and the learning center reports to the online education college, and the examination results are recorded.

You can pass the final exam at one time, with a score of more than 80 points, and you can be exempted from the corresponding professional degree courses. Each student can only take the professional degree course exam once, and take it within one year after graduation at the latest.
Article 12 Anyone who applies for a bachelor's degree shall pay the relevant examination fees as required.
Thirteenth bachelor's degree certificate in the form of adult higher education graduates bachelor's degree certificate. The certificate is marked "Online Education".
Fourteenth in violation of the provisions of the school to award bachelor's degrees, found to be fraudulent, after consideration by the school academic degree evaluation committee, the bachelor's degree has been revoked and the certificate has been withdrawn.
Fifteenth these rules shall be interpreted by the Academic Degrees Committee of Nanjing University.
Article 16 These Rules shall apply to students who enter the school after July 6, 2007.
