Article 2 Social scholarships are divided into college-level scholarships and school-level scholarships. The social scholarship established for the college is a college-level scholarship; Social scholarships of two or more colleges and universities are school-level scholarships.
Article 3 The application and evaluation methods of social scholarships (including the application for awards, professional direction, application conditions, number of students and award amount) shall be implemented in accordance with the scholarship agreements signed by the school with alumni, enterprises and institutions and friendly people.
Article 4 School-level social scholarships are divided into the following categories:
(1) Liu Scholarship
1. Founder: Liu Jia Scholarship Foundation.
2. Purpose of establishment: to promote higher education in the motherland and encourage students with excellent academic performance and urgent need of financial assistance to study hard and make progress diligently.
3. Selection target: full-time undergraduates of Xi University of Technology.
4. Award winning conditions:
(1) Abide by the rules and regulations of the school, without any violation of discipline, and can actively participate in various public welfare activities with outstanding performance;
(2) There is no re-examination record within one year and the weighted average score of all courses is above 90 points;
(3) The scores of freshmen in the college entrance examination are not lower than the first batch of admission lines in Shaanxi Province, and there is no re-examination record in the first semester and the weighted average score of all courses is above 85;
(4) Students in Grade Two and Grade Three must pass the CET-4 exam at one time;
(5) He has won "three good students", "three good students", "outstanding student cadres" and other pacesetters and various individual awards.
5. Reward procedures and requirements: The school has established a "Liu Scholarship" evaluation committee, which is composed of Shi Ren, assistant to the principal, and heads of academic affairs office, student affairs office and school office. Students who have won the "Liu Scholarship" will not be affected when applying for other scholarships, nor will they assume any responsibility or obligation for the winners. Liu Scholarship is selected once every academic year. The user submits a written application, the class teacher signs the opinion, and the academic staff checks the results. (2) Lenovo Scholarship
1. Established: Lenovo Group (Beijing) Co., Ltd.
2. Selection object: This scholarship is used to reward outstanding undergraduate and graduate students in our school, and give appropriate preferential treatment to outstanding students from poor families. The students participating in the evaluation are above grade three (including grade three) for undergraduates and above grade two (including grade two) for postgraduates.
3. Lenovo scholarship application conditions:
(1) Abide by the law, have good conduct, and reach the standard of physical exercise;
(2) Aggressive, with excellent results;
(3) Undergraduate English has reached CET-4, and graduate English has reached CET-6, with strong conversational and writing skills;
(4) Those who have made achievements in computer hardware application and related fields are preferred.
4. Number selection and quota allocation: determined by Lenovo Group.
5. Review procedures and requirements: The school scholarship review committee will review according to the general scholarship selection procedures and the requirements of the awarding unit.
(3) Matsushita Electric Yu Ying Fund
1. Purpose of establishment: The scholarship was donated by Matsushita Electric Co., Ltd. of Japan to the China Friendship and Peace Development Foundation through the China-Japan Friendship Association. It aims to reward college students with excellent academic performance and financial difficulties, help them complete their studies, and encourage them to study hard and become talents.
2. Selection target: second and third grade students of school-based junior college.
3. Selection criteria:
(1) Good conduct and excellent comprehensive evaluation results;
(2) study hard, study hard, and win the third-class scholarship for two consecutive semesters;
(3) Take an active part in sports activities and be healthy;
(4) Family financial difficulties.

(1) Abide by the law, have good conduct and meet the sports standards;
(2) study hard and get good grades;
(3) Those who have won national, provincial and ministerial awards are preferred.
5. The number of winners and the amount distribution are decided by Zhentai Group.
6. Review procedures and requirements: The school scholarship review committee will review according to the general scholarship selection procedures and the requirements of the awarding unit.
(5) Jiangdu Scholarship
1. Establishment: Jiangsu Jiangdu Construction Engineering Co., Ltd.
2. Selection object: This scholarship is used to reward outstanding undergraduates from poor families in Xi University of Technology;
3. Application conditions:
(1) Be law-abiding, have good conduct, and reach the standard in sports performance;
(2) study hard and get good grades;
(3) Love social welfare undertakings.
4. Award-winning places and bonus distribution: 50 people will be awarded each academic year, with 2000 yuan each.
5. Review procedures and requirements: The school scholarship review committee will review according to the general scholarship selection procedures and the requirements of the awarding unit.
(6) Tang Zhongying Scholarship
1. Founder: Tang Zhongying Foundation, USA
2. Purpose of establishment: To encourage and help students with excellent academic performance and financial difficulties in Xi University of Technology to study hard for the rejuvenation of China, and to encourage college students to be enthusiastic about social welfare undertakings, care about helping others, care about society, achieve academic success and serve the motherland.
3. Application conditions
(1) Love the motherland, abide by the law and have good moral character;
(two) enthusiastic about social welfare undertakings, strive to undertake social work, actively participate in social welfare activities, be willing to serve the society, and be brave in dedication;
(3) study hard and get good grades;
(4) Honesty, rigorous style, love of labor, frugality and physical and mental health;
(5) Family financial difficulties, unable to pay all tuition and fees or living expenses during school study (except for five places with excellent academic performance);
4. Selection scope: First-year undergraduate students who meet the requirements of each college.
5. Selection quota and amount: 20 or 30 scholarship winners are selected from the first-year students every year (20 from the first and second grades in the initial stage). Scholarship winners can, in principle, get a scholarship of 4,000 yuan per year during their four-year undergraduate study (five-year undergraduate course).
6. Selection principle:
(1) Adhere to the principles of fairness, openness, justice and combination of up and down to do a good job in recommendation and selection;
(2) Strictly grasp the conditions in the selection and strictly implement the selection procedure;
(3) The selection should be comprehensively measured, paying special attention to students' moral character and participation in social welfare activities, taking into account their achievements, so as to promote students to serve the society and contribute their love.
7. Selection and management measures:
(1) "Tang Zhongying Scholarship" is selected among freshmen once a year. Every year 10 (or March, according to the implementation), the first-year students who meet the above scholarship application conditions apply to their college, and fill out the Application Form for Tang Zhongying Scholarship of Xi University of Technology after being recommended by the class teacher or counselor;
(2) The leaders in charge of students' work in the college, relevant counselors and class teachers form an evaluation team, and conduct preliminary qualification examination on the applicants according to the award-winning conditions, and make recommendations. After publicity without objection, submit the relevant materials to the Student Affairs Office;
(3) The Political and Educational Affairs Office summarizes the application materials and reports them to the Tang Zhongying Scholarship Evaluation Committee of Xi University of Technology for review, so as to determine the final winner. After the whole school announces that there is no objection, it will be reported to the Tang Zhongying Foundation for confirmation;
(4) The school is responsible for organizing the "Tang Zhongying Scholarship" awarding conference every year, and awarding prizes and certificates to the winners;
(5) The Student Financial Assistance Office of the Student Affairs Office is responsible for reporting the academic performance, conduct and implementation of social service projects of the award-winning students to the Tang Zhongying Foundation;
(6) In order to strengthen education and management, Tang Zhongying scholarship winners in our school should organize societies to better carry out activities in collective form.
8. Implementation measures:
(1) After winning the "Tang Zhongying Scholarship", in principle, students will enjoy it every year during their undergraduate years and will be awarded according to the academic year;
(2) Every year 10 month, the students who have won the Tang Zhongying Scholarship will be audited, and the students will evaluate themselves, the class will evaluate them, the instructor and the college (department) will evaluate them, and the appraisal will be written and reviewed by the Tang Zhongying Scholarship Committee of the school. Those who meet the award-winning conditions will continue to be rewarded. Those who fail to meet the requirements after examination will be disqualified from winning the prize, and the vacancies will be filled on the basis of merit among eligible students of the same grade;
(3) In any of the following circumstances, the scholarship will be suspended, changed or terminated:
(1) Violating the criminal law or being placed in administrative detention;
(2) Those who violate the school rules and regulations will be punished;
③ Those who are not enthusiastic about social welfare undertakings, do not participate in social welfare activities, or reluctantly participate in those who do not play an active role and do not care about others;

Article 5 The increase or decrease of the above-mentioned school-level social scholarships or changes in their contents shall be implemented in accordance with the agreement signed between the school and alumni, enterprises, institutions and friendly people, and the evaluation methods shall be formulated separately.
Sixth colleges are responsible for the evaluation of college-level social scholarships. The application and evaluation methods shall be formulated by themselves with reference to these measures, and shall be reported to the office of the school scholarship evaluation Committee for the record. The application contents include:
(a) the name of the scholarship.
(2) Sources of scholarships;
(3) Award scope, award-winning conditions, grades, amounts and evaluation methods;
(four) the time of evaluation and award.
Article 6 Students announce the types and amounts of social scholarships in the current year to the whole school in the form of internet and notice at the beginning of September each year.
Article 7 All qualified full-time junior college students, undergraduates, master students and doctoral students who are officially registered in our school have the right to apply for scholarships from their colleges. In principle, you can't apply in the first year of school (except Nova scholarship), and students who continue to study for master's degree can apply for master's degree qualification in the first year of doctor's degree.
Article 8 The school shall establish a student scholarship and commendation award evaluation committee (hereinafter referred to as the evaluation committee). The evaluation committee is headed by a leader in charge of the school, the director of the Student Affairs Office is the deputy director, and the leaders in charge of student affairs of various colleges are members. The Committee consists of the office and the Secretary-General. The office is located in the student affairs office, which is responsible for the evaluation of student scholarships and recognition awards. The secretary-general is the head of the student department.
Article 9 Each college shall set up a student scholarship and commendation award evaluation team (hereinafter referred to as the evaluation team), headed by the leader of the competent college and composed of 5-7 people. Party and government leaders, deans, vice presidents, counselors, class teachers and students are members of the evaluation team.
Article 10 The list of social scholarships shall be submitted to the Political and Educational Affairs Office after preliminary examination by the College, and then submitted to the Scholarship Review Committee for review after examination by the Political and Educational Affairs Office. The evaluation results shall be reviewed by the evaluation unit and publicized throughout the school.
Article 11 Anyone who disagrees with the results of the initial evaluation of scholarships may submit a written objection to the evaluation team of our college within 7 working days from the date of publication of the results of the initial evaluation of our college, and the evaluation team will make a reply within 3 working days after accepting the objection. If you still have any objection to the reply of the evaluation team of our college, you can submit a written complaint to the Student Affairs Office within 3 working days after the reply of the evaluation team. The Student Affairs Office will conduct an investigation within 5 working days after accepting the complaint, review the relevant materials, put forward handling opinions, and submit them to the school audit committee for approval. The opinions of the school review committee on handling complaints are final.
Twelfth social scholarships are paid at any time in accordance with the terms of the agreement.
