When I was a freshman, I was full of beautiful imagination and longing for college life in middle school, but after I really entered the university, I found that there was a huge contrast between reality and ideal. Most of today's students are only children born after 1980s and 1990s. They are spoiled at home. In middle school, because most students come from the same area, the environment is simple, everyone has the same language, the same living habits, similar learning goals and familiar topics, so it is easier to have a common language. After entering the university, most students are more or less under psychological pressure in the face of classmates from all over the country, new environment, strange dialects and different living habits. In middle school, some students are the best in their classes, but when they arrive at the university, they find that experts are like clouds, and no matter how hard they try, they are just ordinary people, which is easy to cause frustration. There are also some students from remote mountainous areas who study in big cities. Compared with students from cities, they are easy to feel inferior. If we can't solve the confusion of interpersonal relationship in time, there will be violent incidents such as fighting. Compared with the rapid economic development, the education management mode in China is still relatively backward. Although quality education began in primary and secondary schools several years ago, its implementation is far from enough, and most primary and secondary schools are still in the stage of exam-oriented education. Before students were admitted to universities, the education mode of 10 years was almost compulsory management. In this management mode, students don't need to have independent thinking space. Compared with middle schools, universities have more courses and deeper learning tasks, but there is not as much guidance and management as high schools, so it is difficult for students to adapt to new roles. After entering the ideal university, students have a lot of free space and spare time. Many students are at a loss when choosing diversification. Some students with poor self-control turned their interest and attention to online games, which accelerated the confusion.

From middle school to university, students are in the transitional stage from youth to adulthood, which is the formation period of one's outlook on life, values and world outlook. If a harmonious, friendly and positive interpersonal relationship can be established at this time, it will have a beneficial impact on the life and study of freshmen. As a teacher, we should strengthen communication with students, keep abreast of the difficulties students encounter in interpersonal communication and give more guidance. Students should be guided to have a sense of respect, care for each other and understand each other. Schools can organize more collective activities, enhance students' sense of cooperation and team spirit, and cultivate students' correct sense of competition. College students are in the flower season and full of yearning for love.
