Preferential policies for veterans' postgraduate entrance examination
On the basis of continuing to implement the policy of extra points for fresh graduates of ordinary colleges and universities after retirement, students and freshmen of ordinary colleges and universities who have been enlisted for compulsory military service and retired will take the national postgraduate entrance examination within three years after completing their undergraduate studies, with a total score of 10, which will give priority to admission under the same conditions.

Legal basis: Article 35 of the Law on the Protection of Retired Soldiers in People's Republic of China (PRC), students who have been admitted to or are studying in ordinary colleges and universities before enlisting in the army shall retain their admission qualifications or school status during their active service, be allowed to enroll or resume their studies within two years after retirement, and may be transferred to other majors in our school in accordance with relevant state regulations. Those who meet the requirements for postgraduate entrance examination shall enjoy preferential policies in accordance with relevant state regulations.
