Guangzhou Huali College (formerly Huali College of Guangdong University of Technology) was founded in 1999. In 2004, it became one of the colleges in independent undergraduate course, Guangdong Province, and was successfully transferred to Guangzhou Huali College in 20021. The school has two campuses, Zengcheng in Guangzhou and Yinhuwan in Jiangmen, covering an area of nearly 2,000 mu. With 12 secondary colleges and 38 undergraduate majors, it is an application-oriented undergraduate university with the coordinated development of industry, economics, management, literature, art and teaching, and the employment rate of graduates ranks among the top universities in the province.
The school has successively won "Top Ten Excellent Private Universities in China", "National Advanced Collective of Private Education", "Outstanding Contribution Award of Contemporary Private Schools in Guangdong Province", "KAB Entrepreneurship Education Base for National College Students", "Guangdong Popular University for Employment" and "Guangdong Elite Training Base for Engineering Cost", ranking 36th in GDI applied universities (independent colleges) and 202/kloc-0 in China University.
