South Gate of Yuelu Mountain: On the campus of Hunan University, the road is a bit tortuous (there are many scenic spots).

Line 1: Enter the south gate of Yuelu Mountain (recommended by Bian Xiao)

Arrive at Dongfanghong Square by bus, enter from the south gate of Yuelu Mountain, and pass through Yuelu Academy-Aiwan Pavilion-Pagoda-Gulou Mountain Temple-Sightseeing Corridor, Ancient Fort-Niaoyulin-Yunlu Palace-Chuanshipo Lake-Hubei Hanyang Dead Soldiers Cemetery-East Gate of Yuelu Mountain.

On the way, we will also pass a series of scenic spots, such as Banshan Pavilion, Baihequan, Huangxing Tomb, Feilaishi and Yinxinshi House. The characteristic of this route is that the tourist attractions are comprehensive, and it is very convenient to enter from the south gate without going back.

East Gate of Yuelu Mountain: The east gate of Yuelu Mountain is the main entrance, just on Lushan South Road, facing Xinmin Road.

Line 2: Enter from the east gate of Yuelu Mountain.

Take a bus to Tongcheng and enter from the east gate of Yuelu Mountain. If you don't drive yourself, you have three choices after entering the door: one is to take the cable car up the mountain; Second, take a tour of Mount sightseeing bus; Third, walk up the hill.

Walking up the hill from here, the road is not very steep, the road is relatively flat, and there are more people walking on the road. If it's okay, it's half a day at most from here to the top of the mountain and then down from the south gate. This is a good route to exercise and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
