I. Application conditions
1. Support the leadership of the * * * production party in China, and be willing to serve the socialist modernization, with good moral character and law-abiding.
2. Physical health status meets the prescribed medical examination standards.
3. Recommended by two associate professors (or equivalent titles) and above experts related to the applied discipline.
4 graduates (or students) with targeted employment, candidates who intend to apply for targeted employment, and on-the-job candidates who are currently fulfilling their contracts must obtain the consent of the targeted employment unit.
5. Persons who have obtained a master's degree (those who have obtained a master's degree abroad must hold the academic degree certification certificate issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education); Fresh master's graduates (must be national master's degree in education, and must obtain a master's degree before entering school); Persons who have obtained a bachelor's degree for more than 6 years (from the time of obtaining a bachelor's degree to the date of admission of doctoral students in September, 20021year) and have reached the equivalent educational level of master's students.
6. Applicants with equivalent academic qualifications must also meet the following conditions: (1) Pass the CET-6, or take the CET-4 with a score of not less than 560, or apply for the foreign language test for master's degree through the national equivalent academic qualifications; (2) publishing two or more academic papers (signed by the first or second author) in the national core journals of applied disciplines or similar research fields, or owning the national authorized invention patents (including national defense) that have been transformed and applied (ranking the top two), or winning the provincial and ministerial scientific and technological achievement awards related to applied disciplines (ranking the top five), or winning the scientific and technological achievement awards related to applied disciplines (with certificates).
Candidates should carefully check whether they meet the requirements before registering. Those who do not meet the requirements will not be admitted, and the relevant consequences will be borne by the candidates themselves.
Second, the selection method and arrangement
In 20021year, our school will implement the "application assessment system" in all enrollment units. The enrollment categories are full-time academic doctors and full-time engineering doctors (non-directional employment). The selection method and arrangement shall be notified separately by each enrollment unit according to the deployment of epidemic prevention and control work. See the follow-up notice on enrollment of special programs such as "part-time targeted employment" and joint training of universities and scientific research institutions.
The enrollment plan for high-level backbone talents of ethnic minorities, the targeted training plan for counterpart support from universities in the western region, and the special enrollment plan for "aiding doctoral teachers in Xinjiang" were carried out together with this doctoral enrollment work.
III. Application Procedures and Requirements

Fourth, the admission category
Admission categories are divided into non-directional employment and directional employment.
1. Non-directional employment: personnel files and other relations must be transferred to our school, and those who choose their own jobs after graduation.
2. Directional employment: Candidates with special plans for ethnic minorities must sign the corresponding agreement on special plans for ethnic minorities according to the requirements of the Ministry of Education before admission, and work according to the signed agreement after graduation. Other on-the-job candidates are still employees of the original unit during their studies, and personnel files and other relationships will not be transferred to our school. Before admission, the employer must sign a corresponding employment agreement with our school and return to the original unit after graduation.
The number of targeted employment places in our school is controlled within 10% of the total enrollment, and accommodation is not provided in principle.
Verb (abbreviation for verb) physical examination
The physical examination is organized by the school in a unified way, and the physical examination standard is implemented with reference to the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities formulated by the Ministry of Education, the former Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation and the relevant regulations of the school.
Sixth, the academic system.
The admitted candidates should go through the registration formalities in September, 20021year, and obtain the doctoral student status after being examined and approved by the Beijing Municipal Education Commission. The basic academic system for doctoral students is 4 years, with a maximum of 6 years. The basic academic system for undergraduate and graduate students is 6 years (including master's degree), with a maximum of 8 years.
Seven. Tuition and scholarships
According to the relevant spirit of the Ministry of Education, all full-time graduate students who are included in the national enrollment plan must pay tuition fees from the fall semester of 20 14. Among them, the basic tuition standard for doctors (including "full-time non-directional" engineering doctors) is 10000 yuan/year.

Eight. Other explanations
1. The integrity of candidates will be an important content of ideological and moral assessment and an important basis for admission. Those who fail the ideological and moral assessment will not be admitted.
2. The relevant information of cheating candidates will be notified to their school or unit, and recorded in the candidates' integrity files and personnel files as an important reference for their future study and employment. Candidates who cheated in the doctoral entrance examination in that year are not allowed to apply for the exam next year.
3. In the process of admission, the disputes between the candidates and their units or targeted employment units due to the application problems shall be resolved by the candidates themselves.
4. (In the professional catalogue, those marked with * are part-time doctoral supervisors, those marked with # are dual-discipline tutors, and those marked with △ are new doctoral supervisors.)
5. The enrollment plan of the dual-discipline tutor is in the first discipline, and whether there is an enrollment plan for the second discipline is determined by the tutor and the relevant enrollment unit at the time of admission.
6. The number of students enrolled in the professional catalogue is for reference only, and the specific number of students will be determined according to the enrollment plan issued by the state.
