Dormitory is an important place for college students to live, study and rest, and it is also the second classroom for the school to carry out ideological and moral education and develop good behavior norms. In order to standardize the management of student dormitories and create a good educational environment, these regulations are formulated, please follow them. Chapter I Accommodation Management
Article 1 All kinds of full-time students who have obtained the status of our school must live in the dormitory arranged by each college, and they are not allowed to rent a house outside the school without authorization.
Article 2 When students enter the school, they need to go through the check-in formalities in the dormitory with the school financial accommodation payment form and the college accommodation notice. Dormitory management personnel issue dormitory keys according to the accommodation notice and arrange students' accommodation. Students must stay in the designated room and are not allowed to change rooms or occupy other rooms at will.
Article 3 Collection of accommodation fees. Before the summer vacation every year, each college will report the accommodation information of its students to the boarding center according to the regulations on the payment of accommodation fees. The boarding center will verify the accommodation fees and report them to the school, and the finance department will collect the students' accommodation fees.
Article 4 The boarding center should adjust the dormitory before the summer vacation every year according to the number of students enrolled in the school and the dormitory resources, so that the students' accommodation in each college is relatively concentrated; When adjusting the dormitory, students should obey the arrangement and command.
Article 5 When a student changes his/her school status due to graduation, graduation, withdrawal, suspension from school, going abroad, etc. , you should go through the check-out procedures and check out on schedule, or go through the formalities of changing rooms. If the furniture and equipment are damaged or lost, compensation should be made according to the price. Students who retain their admission qualifications or drop out of school should go through the formalities of accommodation change during their suspension, and go through the formalities of check-in again after resuming their studies.
Article 6 Boarding centers have the right to dynamically manage the accommodation beds and adjust the beds vacated due to graduation, graduation, withdrawal from school, suspension from school, going abroad and other reasons. Relevant personnel must obey the arrangement.
Seventh residential students should take their belongings with them after checking out, otherwise the losses caused by it will be borne by themselves.
Article 8 Those who fail to go through the check-out formalities according to the regulations of the school within the prescribed time limit shall be deemed to have left their jobs by themselves, and I shall be responsible for all losses caused by various reasons.
Chapter II Administration of Public Security
Article 9 Students should consciously safeguard dormitory safety, enhance safety awareness and legal concept, improve their own safety prevention ability and self-help and escape ability, and promptly discourage and stop bad behaviors that undermine dormitory safety and disrupt normal order.
Article 10 Students must wear the school badge or student ID card when entering or leaving the dormitory, and be questioned by the caretaker, who has the right to inspect those who are in doubt.
Eleventh students should * * maintain public order in the dormitory and keep the dormitory quiet. It is forbidden to talk loudly, fight, play ball, dance, drink, gamble, fight and spread unhealthy books, periodicals and audio-visual products in the dormitory.
Twelfth to strengthen the awareness of theft, take care of their own property. It is strictly forbidden to distribute the bedroom key or lend it to others, and it is not allowed to change or lock the lock without permission. If you lose your key, you must reinstall the new lock at your own expense.
Thirteenth it is strictly forbidden to pull wires, connect power supplies, disassemble electric fans and control electrical equipment in the dormitory.
Fourteenth to strengthen the safe use of electricity, prohibit the use of illegal electrical equipment (such as electric stoves, rice cookers, electric irons, rapid heating, electric cups, etc.). ). If the confiscation of equipment causes a fire accident, it shall compensate for economic losses and bear criminal responsibility.
Fifteenth to enhance the awareness of fire and explosion prevention, put an end to fire hazards. It is forbidden to make a fire to cook, burn paper, light a fire or throw cigarette butts in the dormitory. When finding fire, fire and other disasters and accidents, you should keep calm and take effective measures such as alarm, evacuation and fire fighting in time.
Article 16 It is strictly forbidden to store controlled knives, sticks and other offensive instruments and glassware, as well as toxic, flammable, explosive, corrosive and radioactive dangerous goods in the dormitory.
Seventeenth strict guard duty system, foreign personnel in and out of the building, need to be approved by the attendant, and produce valid documents for registration, are not allowed to stay in the student dormitory. Visitors who need accommodation go to the guest house designated by the school to go through the accommodation procedures.
Article 18 Boys are forbidden in girls' dormitories and girls are forbidden in boys' dormitories.
Nineteenth it is forbidden to stay in the dormitory.
Twentieth students are strictly prohibited from doing business, posting advertisements, posters and other commercial activities in the dormitory without permission.
Twenty-first pets are not allowed in the dormitory, and the offenders will confiscate the pets.
Twenty-second strictly implement the work and rest system, the student dormitory opens at 6: 00 in the morning and closes at 1 1: 30 in the evening. Those who return to the dormitory after closing at night must explain the reasons, show their certificates and register in detail. It is strictly forbidden to make trouble without reason or impersonate.
Twenty-third after the lights are turned off at night, it is forbidden to watch TV, play computer and other behaviors that affect others' rest in the dormitory.
Chapter III Management of Public Facilities
Article 24 Take good care of public property and public facilities. Properly use and keep the furniture and all kinds of equipment in the dormitory according to the regulations, and compensate the damaged facilities according to the price. If it is intentional damage, it will be fined three times.
Twenty-fifth students should first check whether the furniture, electrical lighting equipment, TV, electric fan, telephone, doors and windows, locks, glass, etc. are in good condition when they live in the dormitory. In good condition. If it is not damaged, you should sign the equipment acceptance form and register in the duty room within three days for repair.
Twenty-sixth student dormitories are collective dormitories, and it is strictly forbidden for individuals to move other furniture and equipment into the dormitory for use.
Twenty-seventh students should abide by the law and leave school in a civilized way. Take good care of dormitory items and public property, and actively cooperate with the staff to do a good job in equipment acceptance. If there are any defects, compensate according to the price.
Chapter IV Environmental Sanitation Management
Twenty-eighth students must abide by the regulations on dormitory housekeeping, and consciously do a good job in dormitory housekeeping and surrounding environmental sanitation.
Twenty-ninth students should develop good personal and public health habits, cherish the achievements of others' labor, and must not spit, litter, litter or splash dirty water. Indoor garbage and sundries should be put into garbage bags, and the garbage should be put into the trash can in front of the dormitory building before 8: 00 am and 2: 00 pm every day.
Thirtieth students should keep the environment around the dormitory, and are not allowed to scribble, depict, paste or deface on the walls of the dormitory and corridor, and it is strictly forbidden to throw objects from windows and balconies.
Chapter V Hydropower Management
Thirty-first students should save energy, put an end to waste, turn off the lights and water when people are away, and strictly prohibit the phenomenon of "ever-burning lamps and running water".
Thirty-second hydropower quota management, each student in accordance with the provisions of the quota standard of water and electricity, beyond the quota by the students themselves, and pay monthly utilities. The public water and electricity costs of the dormitory are shared by the water and electricity costs of each dormitory.
Thirty-third students should pay the water and electricity charges that exceed the quota on time, and those who fail to pay after the time limit will stop supplying electricity until the fees are paid.
Thirty-fourth it is forbidden to steal electricity and water, and offenders will compensate for economic losses.
Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions
Article 35 The Student Affairs Office and the Logistics Service Section shall be responsible for the interpretation of these Provisions.
