You can transfer before you are expelled, but the new school will ask you to provide the attendance rate and report card of the previous school. I don't know the specific reason why you may be expelled, but there is still a glimmer of hope for transferring.

If you are really fired, there is no such thing as transferring. After returning home, you should be able to re-apply to other universities in Korea, but. . . What's the point of your coming again?
