Is enrollment fraud a part related to the law?
Hello, the enrollment was cheated because of fraud. Enrollment fraud is similar to college entrance examination fraud. In such cases, criminals basically pretend that they have the ability to apply for admission for others. They often pretend to be leading cadres, leading secretaries and so on. Sometimes I pretend to be a staff member of a national ministry or university. Deception 1: publish a false rating website and cheat with false enrollment information. Taking advantage of the psychology that candidates want to know their scores early after the exam, criminals publish false marking websites or mobile phone applications to steal candidates' mobile phone numbers, ID numbers, bank card numbers and other information, and then steal candidates' online payment accounts, and even copy mobile phone SIM cards to steal online banking information. There are also criminals who recruit students online by fabricating false enrollment colleges, setting up false enrollment websites, and falsely reporting false cooperative education units, claiming that candidates can obtain official student status. What's more, it maliciously imitates the websites of legal universities, illegally falsifies the online admission lists of legal universities, and forges the rosters of provincial admissions candidates and college admission notices. Deception 2: falsely claiming to enroll students through "special channels", or pretending to be an army or college admissions officer to cheat. Criminals use policies such as self-enrollment and directional enrollment to mislead parents, falsely claiming that admission is guaranteed through "internal indicators", or pretending to be "self-enrollment", "directional enrollment", "mobility indicators", "national defense students" and "extra points for special students" to defraud money. Criminals will also pretend to be college admissions staff, rent office space and examination venues, set up small language and art test sites in advance, forge college admission documents and seals, organize examinations privately, and defraud examination fees and admission fees. In fact, colleges and universities that have approved special types of enrollment by the Ministry of Education have announced to the public that candidates must take the college entrance examination and reach the prescribed score line, and then go through the admission procedures at provincial admissions offices by filling in their volunteers. Candidates who enjoy extra points in the college entrance examination must apply, review and publicize according to the procedures stipulated by the Provincial Admissions Office. No individual or organization can get extra points through "special channels" Deception 3: using public information to cheat. In view of the fact that some parents and candidates are unfamiliar with the open channels of college enrollment information, criminals inquire about the normal filing and admission results, but ask the parents of candidates for credit and rewards to collect money. Deception 4: use the supplementary recording link to cheat. Liars take advantage of the weakness that candidates and parents are not familiar with enrollment procedures and regulations, and cheat under the banner of re-recording. In fact, local recruitment offices will openly solicit online voluntary admissions for candidates who have failed the list, and will not call or send people to find their parents. Deception 5: Deliberately confuse other forms of education with non-academic education. First, criminals confuse ordinary colleges and universities with other forms of higher education such as online education, adult education, self-taught examination and international education, claiming that they can go to universities or even famous colleges as long as they spend money. Second, under the guise of academic education, criminals deceive candidates and parents with admission notices such as self-study classes and online education classes, and actually recruit non-academic education students. Deception 6: Forge the admission notice to cheat. For the admission notice given by the so-called "enrollment agent" or "enrollment agent", or the admission notice inexplicably sent by a school, you should first check the authenticity on the Internet. If you can't find it online for a while, go to the local admissions department for face-to-face consultation or telephone inquiry to prevent being cheated. Candidates do not need to pay any fees to anyone or unit when receiving the admission notice. Deception 7: "low score and high record" and "trip stop" admission fraud. During the enrollment period, criminals claimed that there was a way to let candidates below one line enter an institution, so that candidates with junior college grades could be admitted to undergraduate institutions, thus defrauding the parents of candidates. The law stipulates that Article 266 of the Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) defrauds public or private property, and if the amount is relatively large, it shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention or public surveillance, and shall also or only be fined; If the amount is huge or there are other serious circumstances, he shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than ten years and shall also be fined; If the amount is especially huge or there are other especially serious circumstances, he shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than 10 years or life imprisonment, and shall also be fined or confiscated. Where there are other provisions in this Law, such provisions shall prevail.
