2. Peking University
Peking University Law School was founded on June 26th, 1999, and its predecessor was Peking University Law Department. Peking University law discipline was founded in 1904, which is the oldest discipline in modern law education in China. 3. China Renmin University
The Law Department of Renmin University of China was founded in 1950. It is the first formal higher legal education institution established after the founding of New China. Known as the "machine tool" and "cradle of jurists" of China's legal education, it has become an important town leading legal education, a platform for gathering outstanding domestic legal talents and a window for communicating Chinese and foreign legal exchanges. 4. Wuhan University

5. Southwest University of Political Science and Law
The Law School of Southwest University of Political Science and Law is a college-level unit with the strongest faculty, the most fruitful research and teaching achievements and the most complete student level in China. The current president is Professor Li Tang, director of China Civil Procedure Law Research Association. There are 68 faculty members in the Law School, including 15 professors, 23 associate professors, 8 doctoral tutors and 32 master tutors, of which 14 have obtained doctoral degrees and 14 are studying for doctoral degrees. No matter the number of professors among teachers, or the number of doctoral and master tutors, the number of teachers who have obtained doctoral degrees ranks first in all departments of the school.
6. Zhongnan University of Economics and Law
The School of Law of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law originated from the School of Politics and Law of Chung Yuan Christian University established in September, 1952. 1953 In April, based on the School of Political Science and Law of Chung Yuan Christian University, Sun Yat-sen University, Guangxi University and Hunan University merged to form Zhongnan College of Political Science and Law. 1958 In April, Zhongnan College of Political Science and Law merged with Zhongnan College of Finance and Economics, Zhongnan Cadre College of Political Science and Law and Law Department of Wuhan University to form the Law Department of Hubei University. 1977, evolved into the Law Department of Hubei University of Finance and Economics. 1984 65438+February, based on the Law Department of Hubei University of Finance and Economics, Zhongnan College of Political Science and Law was officially restored. 7. East China University of Political Science and Law
Law school is the oldest and largest secondary college. Established in June 1952, and changed into a department in may 2003. At present, it has 10 teaching and research section, 25 scientific research institutions, 6 doctoral and master's programs in law, 2 undergraduate majors in civil and commercial law and criminal law, and 6 master's programs in law. The legal education and research of Jilin University (formerly Northeast Renmin University) began at 1948. Law School (formerly Department of International Economic Law) was founded in 1984.
