Do college students need to report back to China?
Every winter and summer vacation, college students go home on vacation. At this time, the mobility of students is relatively large, and the pressure of epidemic prevention and control is relatively high. In order to better prevent and control the epidemic, many areas will require returning college students to report in advance, usually to their communities or village committees, and some need to be isolated.

Do college students go home to report to the street office or to the village?

If you live on the street, you usually report to your community. If you live in the countryside, you will usually report to your village Committee.

According to the requirements of the Office of the Municipal Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters, overseas returnees and employees in key industries in the province must report to the village (community) three days in advance, and report their personal itinerary to the village (community) truthfully within 48 hours with a negative nucleic acid test certificate. For those who do not take the initiative to report, do not provide negative proof of nucleic acid testing, and do not cooperate with the implementation of prevention and control measures, resulting in the import or spread of the epidemic, the relevant departments will investigate their legal responsibilities according to the law.

When returning college students declare to the community, they must provide information such as travel code, health code, negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, photo of ID card, ticket, contact number and current address. Will be quarantined at home after returning home 14 days. Whether there is any change in the epidemic prevention and control policy in the future, please pay attention to the official epidemic prevention and control information in time.

How do college students report when they go home? If you really need to go home, please know the local policies in detail before you go home. Generally, you should declare to the destination township (village) or unit 3 days in advance, and truthfully declare your personal itinerary to the township (village) or unit after arrival.

If you live in the middle and high risk areas and cities under the jurisdiction of this province in the last 14 days;

Or cross the trajectory of publishing cases everywhere;

Or receive a phone call from epidemic prevention headquarters or CDC at all levels to inform you that you have contact or close contact with this case, or that there is a time-space intersection;

Or your health code is "red" or "yellow".

Please take the initiative to report to your township (village), subordinate unit or hotel as soon as possible after returning home, and cooperate with the implementation of prevention and control measures such as isolation control, nucleic acid detection and health monitoring as needed.
