Maritime University can only apply for changing majors after freshman year. Before the first year of freshman major, GPA 10% can apply to change majors. Whether you can change your major depends on your GPA ranking. If you change your major successfully, you will enter a new major from the first semester of your sophomore year, and you won't miss a year's course, because freshmen mainly study basic courses such as advanced mathematics and English, and professional courses often start from sophomore and junior years. So you don't have to worry.

In addition, Air China, the new Congress and ACCA classes cannot be transferred, and Sino-foreign joint majors cannot be transferred.

The better colleges in the school are Jiaotong College, Law School and Merchant Marine College, but I'm not sure whether Merchant Marine College can be transferred (Merchant Marine College has a high employment rate, but the militarized management is very bitter). The school's better majors are Air China, logistics management, maritime law and so on. Study hard in your freshman year and wish you success in changing your major!
