Within three months after the new students enter the school, the school will review their admission qualifications in accordance with state regulations. If students are found to practise fraud or engage in malpractices for selfish ends in the review, they will be determined to be unqualified in the review and their school status will be cancelled.
If the circumstances are serious, the school will hand it over to relevant departments for investigation and handling. In the review, it is found that the physical and mental condition of freshmen is not suitable for studying at school. If you need to rest at home after being diagnosed in a second-class hospital designated by the school, you can retain your admission qualification for one year. Freshmen who retain the admission qualification must go through the formalities of leaving school within 10 working days. Those who fail to go through the formalities of leaving school within the time limit will be disqualified.
Those who retain their admission qualifications due to illness may apply to the school for admission after treatment and rehabilitation, and the school will designate a hospital for diagnosis. After passing the second interview, the freshmen will go through the admission formalities for the following year. Those who fail the re-examination or fail to go through the admission formalities within the time limit will be disqualified. Those who retain admission qualifications do not have a student status.
During the entrance qualification examination, according to the requirements of various provincial offices, the school will organize freshmen to collect entrance photos as one of the important evidences for the entrance qualification examination.
Precautions for freshmen in 2022
1. Freshmen should log in to the orientation system of Qingdao University as soon as possible to complete registration and online registration after receiving the admission notice, and must complete the purchase of bedding, military training clothes, receivers and other items before August 16.
2. Before August 3rd1,freshmen should use the user name and password of unified school identity authentication set in the orientation system to log on to the online teaching platform of Qingdao University and complete the study and thesis of "Online Ideological and Political Class for Freshmen". Students who have completed all courses in this classroom can get 3.5 points for the comprehensive evaluation of moral education in the first semester.
Three, freshmen with admission ticket, admission notice, ID card, according to the prescribed time to report, for some reason can't arrive at school on schedule, must ask for leave in advance to the school, leave time is generally not more than two weeks. Those who fail to ask for leave or go through the admission formalities within the time limit shall be deemed to have given up their admission qualification except for justified reasons such as force majeure. After entering the school, the school will review the qualifications of new students.
4. Matters related to the transfer of freshmen's household registration shall be handled in accordance with the Instructions for Freshmen of Grade 2022 in Qingdao University.
