Wenhua College, located in Wuhan East Lake New Technology Development Zone, is a private undergraduate school.

Wenhua College, formerly known as Wenhua College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, was established in May 2003 with the approval of the Ministry of Education. It is jointly organized by Wuhan Midland Real Estate Co., Ltd. and Huazhong University of Science and Technology. In May 20 14, the Ministry of Education approved the school to be transformed into an independent private undergraduate school and renamed it "Wenhua College".

As of June 20 18, the school has more than 4000 ordinary full-time students/kloc-0, and has opened 39 undergraduate majors and 10 specialist majors, covering six disciplines: engineering, management, literature, law, economics and art, and has initially formed a "engineering-oriented, multi-disciplinary coordinated development".
