According to the relevant provisions of the state, village officials must meet the following conditions:

(1) Good ideological and political quality, down-to-earth style, hard-working, strong organizational discipline, willing to work in rural grassroots;

(2) Have certain organization and coordination ability;

(3) serious learning attitude and being able to graduate as scheduled;

(4) good health. According to these requirements, you can see what advantages and disadvantages you have and whether you are suitable for taking the exam as a village official. Then according to your own knowledge, find out what is missing and fill the vacancy. The title of the village official exam is the most basic political, economic, legal and common sense issues. So far, there are no national reference materials and exam books!

When taking an exam, the last question will usually be an essay question. As long as the village officials are clear-headed, it should not be difficult to test their writing ability. If you really need some books to supplement your energy, I suggest you refer to the regular civil service examination books. The difficulty of the village official exam is lower than that of civil servants, but the exam basically belongs to the same direction.
