There are 2 leading talents in philosophy and social sciences and scientific and technological innovation in the national "Ten Thousand Talents Program", 5 national candidates in the "One Hundred Million Talents Project in the New Century", 2 national cultural experts and "four batches" talents 1 person, 2 young people who have made outstanding contributions at the national level, and 6 talents selected by the New Century Excellent Talents Support Program of the Ministry of Education, enjoying the special government allowance of the State Council 16.
