How do you think to be an excellent PE teacher?
I think I have a say in this issue, and I work in a school.

If you want to know how to be an excellent PE teacher, you must know what kind of PE teacher can really be regarded as "excellent". Is this PE teacher in good shape with eight abdominal muscles? No. Should the PE teacher know many kinds of sports skills? This can barely be counted. But I think an excellent PE teacher should have the following qualities:

1, put student safety first.

No matter when and where, a physical education teacher who can put students' personal safety first and always keep a vigilant heart is an excellent teacher. Because physical education itself is a dangerous project, unlike teachers in other disciplines who just let students sit in the classroom in an appropriate way, physical education teachers have the responsibility and obligation to help children stay away from danger.

For some children who can't participate in sports because of special circumstances, physical education teachers should carefully understand the students' situation and make reasonable arrangements. They can't ignore the facts and ask students to take part in sports activities, so as to avoid sprains, fractures and even deaths caused by sports activities. If something happens to a child, not only should he bear the responsibility, but even the school may become famous. Parents will certainly feel sorry for this. Therefore, how to ensure students' personal safety in class is particularly important and should be put in the first place.

2. Be good at discovering students' specialties.

Every student is a different individual, and every student also has his own hobbies and talents, which need to be discovered and excavated by physical education teachers. The last time an ordinary PE teacher went to physical education class, he either let the children move by themselves in a free-range way or called them together for a single sports event in a very general way, but in either case, it was a relatively coping lesson. A truly excellent physical education teacher should give suggestions to students according to their hobbies and characteristics, so that they can give full play to their sports talents and stimulate their sports cells, instead of wasting them in vain.

Counting the schools that have taught excellent athletes, which physical education teacher can not carefully explore the students' strengths and specialties, and patiently guide them so that students can give full play to their talents in a certain field and achieve success? A thousand miles away, there are not many boles. Without an excellent PE teacher, how can there be so many talented athletes?
