Xiao Dan, associate professor of School of Foreign Languages of Southwest University, master tutor, doctor of curriculum and teaching theory, director of teacher education department of School of Foreign Languages, vice chairman of Beibei District Committee of Zhi Gong Dang, and member of Beibei District Political Consultative Conference. In 2003, I took a teacher training course in university of tasmania. Supported by the National Foundation for Studying Abroad, he was a visiting scholar at Portsmouth University in the UK in 2008-2009. He has been engaged in English major teaching, teachers' professional development and English culture teaching research in primary and secondary schools for a long time, and won the honors of team champion and individual runner-up in the first Chongqing Young Teachers' Skills Competition and the first prize in the Young Teachers' Lecture Competition of Southwest Normal University. Presided over "Research on the Improvement and Acquisition of English Learning Context of Streaming Audio-visual Networking" and "Research on Chongqing Educational Science Planning Project". He mainly studied many subjects such as the experimental study of senior high school English curriculum standard textbooks and the social science projects of the Ministry of Education, published more than 20 academic papers, edited senior high school English five and nine textbooks and passed the examination and approval of the Ministry of Education.
