He used to be a technician of Tongxiang Coal Mine Machinery Factory, a technician of Tongxiang Power Supply Bureau, and the chairman and general manager of Tongxiang Zheneng Electric Power Economic and Trade Co., Ltd., and now he is the chairman and general manager of the company, a director of Shunchang Investment, an executive director of Zheneng Economic and Trade, and a director of Jiaxing Niukang. Since August 2008, he has served as a director of the company; 20 18 1 as the general manager of the company.
